4.4 STRATEGY FOR PROPERTY ACQUISITIONS AND THE PROCESS OF THE PROPERTY IMPROVEMENT PLAN
Realproton’s approach to property acquisitions is strategic and data-driven, focusing on identifying undervalued properties that can yield significant returns after targeted Revenue Increasing Improvement Plans in the value chain. The acquisition strategy is predicated on comprehensive market analysis, property evaluations, and forecasting to ensure investments are sound and align with long-term growth objectives.
Property Improvement Plan:
- Property Selection: Properties are chosen based on location, potential for appreciation, and the ability to increase revenue through improvements or management changes.
- Strategic Improvements: Once acquired, properties undergo renovations or upgrades that directly contribute to increasing their market value and rental income.
- Operational Optimization: Management improvements are implemented to reduce costs, enhance service quality, and increase tenant satisfaction and retention rates.
- Asset Setup: Each property, once enhanced and stabilized, is set up as a separate entity in our digital ledger, with its value audited and confirmed by independent third parties.
- Token Issuance: Based on the property’s value, a corresponding number of Realproton tokens are issued. These tokens represent shares in the property and entitle holders to a proportionate share of the income or gains.
- Compliance and Security: Utilizing the ERC3643 standard, each token embeds compliance rules that ensure only qualified investors can hold or trade these tokens, maintaining strict adherence to local and international regulations.
- Market Integration: The tokens are then listed on digital securities Exchanges where they can be traded, providing liquidity and market-driven price discovery.
